Welcome to Beartsy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Beartsy is a marketing intelligence platform for Amazon KDP authors.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Beartsy. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Platform Connections

Beartsy connects to third-party platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Amazon KDP) on your behalf. You authorize us to access your data from these platforms solely for providing our analytics and insights services. You may revoke access at any time from your Connections page or directly through the third-party platform. Use of the Meta APIs (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads) is also subject to the Meta Platform Terms available at https://developers.facebook.com/terms/.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Beartsy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Data collected through platform connections is used exclusively for analytics and insights within your Beartsy dashboard.

Intellectual Property

Beartsy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Beartsy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours at all times.

Limitations

Beartsy provides marketing analytics and AI-generated insights for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific sales results or advertising performance. Correlation between marketing activity and sales is approximate and should be used as one input in your decision-making.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
